Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
At Sanatva Ayurvedic, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic supplements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, in specific situations where there is an issue with the product (e.g., damage during shipping), we may consider a replacement or refund.
All products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by Sanatva Ayurvedic may be returned only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- The product is within the return period of 15 days from the delivery date.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- The product was purchased directly from ayurvedicliverdetox.com
However, no products will be accepted for return if:
- The products have been damaged by the User.
- There is a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the product.
- The product returned is not the same as what was delivered.
- The product has been used or opened.
Return and Replacement Process
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ayurvedicliverdetox.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Share images of the damaged/incorrect product along with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.
- Upon successful verification, we will process the replacement or refund as per the policy.
- Exchanged Product will be delivered within 10 and 15 days.
If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item using a reliable courier service. Please ensure to include a sheet with your Order ID and Return ID inside the package. Shipping charges for eligible returns will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed and credited to the bank account within 15 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT) upon providing bank details.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, cancellations can be requested under the following conditions:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.
- To cancel an order, please contact info@ayurvedicliverdetox.com as soon as possible with your order details.
- If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Fraudulent Transactions & Bulk Orders
Sanatva Ayurvedic reserves the right to cancel any orders that:
- Appear fraudulent or suspicious.
- Are bulk purchases for commercial resale.
- Contain invalid/incomplete addresses or repeated return requests.
In case of repeated fraudulent activities, Sanatva Ayurvedic reserves the right to block such users from future transactions.
Important Notes:
- No refunds will be provided for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- We are not responsible for products returned by mistake.
- Sanatva Ayurvedic is not liable for any damages, interests, or claims arising from order cancellations or return refusals beyond our control.
